PRICES
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars, F.O.B. Irvine, CA, 92614.
TERMS
Accounts will charging to your Visa, MasterCard. American Express, Discover or Prepay before shipping. COD ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order is $30.00.
SHIPPING
Orders are normally shipped via UPS or FEDEX ground unless otherwise directed. Fine Gifts Etc' goal is to ship your order within 3-5 business days. However, during holidays this may not always be possible.
RETURNED CHECKS
A $25.00 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
PRODUCT CLAIMS
All product claims for damage or shortage must be reported to Fine Gifts within 10 days from receipt of the order. If a shipping container is visibly damaged, file an immediate claim with the carrier and retain the container and its contents for inspection. We will replace or repair any item found broken due to concealed damage, provided it is reported within 10 day period.
BACK ORDERS
Back ordered items totaling less than $10.00 will automatically be canceled and not shipped. Call Customer Service if you would like to reorder.
PRODUCT RETURNS
All product returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Department and requested within 10 days from receipt of order. A Return Authorization Number will be assigned. Include with your return a copy of the original invoice/packing list with the RA# clearly noted. Any return received without a valid RA # will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All product returns are subject to final inspection and approval upon arrival. No credit will be issued on any product returned not in their original packaging and not in saleable condition. Items deemed not acceptable for restocking will be refused credit. The customer is ultimately responsible for ensuring all returned product arrives in good condition or will be liable for any damages. Special order items are not returnable.
COPYRIGHTS
All products sold by Fine Gifts Etc are copyrighted designs. The designs may not be reproduced or copied for any reason unless prior written authorization is obtained from Fine Gifts Etc.
